Next: The Baltic States, August 2012
We are happy to announce today at IX’th Congress of Baltic Librarians in Trakai, that Cycling for libraries will take place in The Baltic States in August 2012.
The three Baltic States of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania are the perfect place for contemplating and workshopping about libraries, cycling around the fantastic countryside with colleagues and seeing beautiful cities both medieval and modern. We are truly excited about creating this unconference together with our enthusiastic colleagues from the Baltic States.
Also, as many of you are aware of, an Cycling for libraries post-conference called IFLA 2012 will take place in Helsinki, Finland.
Details about the 2012 challenge such as the route, schedule and registration are to be announced later. Keep your eyes peeled and get in contact with us for opportunities to get involved in organizing this unique unconference for librarians and librarylovers.
Jukka Pennanen and Mace Ojala. Find us on Facebook, Twitter and Flickr too. This website, http://www.cyclingforlibraries.org will be redone

My best wishes to the Cycling for Libraries 2012 cyclists-librarians!
From an ex-librarian but still cyclist for life.
Hi Sally. You’re absolutely welcome to our logo, pls just link here to http://www.cyclingforlibraries.org. We’d love to hear from you and your plans… maybe a little video even
We’re happy every time ppl say they’d like to use the concept
Maybe I could use “Cycling for Libraries in Tennessee”.
I am trying to plan a Cycling for Libraries event in Tennessee this Spring prior to the Tennessee Library Association meeting. I was wondering if I could use your logo. I am a cycling librarian. I also want to promote “Ride for Reading” (an organization that delivers books to low-income school children by bicycle).
Je vous souhaite une très bonne année 2012…
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Thanks a lot for these nice remember Copenhague-Berlin
