Description: Welcome to a bicycle tour in an idyllic landscape of Helsinki with the organizers and participants of the Cycling for libraries tour 2012. Before the night we cycle along the riverside back to Helsinki city center, and those without a bike will be guided back on busses. The tour is about 20 kilometers.Only moderate cycling experience is required.
If you need a bicycle for the tour, we’ll help you getting one. If you are staying in a hotel, ask if they have bikes for rent, and you also can try for example Greenbike and Pyöräkeskus renting one.
Sauna turns will be offered separately for women and men. For those who will need a bathing suit and towel, please bring them with you. PS. The sauna heater has a Ph.D. degree.
Costs: we strive to provide this basicly free of charge, but be prepared for small sums of money.
